Once you’re pre-approved or have other financing arranged, we get to shop for your home! We’ll meet to discuss what you’re looking for in a home, then we’ll set you up with a custom search and send any listings that meet those criteria. We can look at as many homes as it takes to find what you’ve been dreaming of!

Portland is a competitive market, so sometimes it takes several offers before one is accepted. We’ll help strategize with you to make the strongest offer possible, and find you a place to call home. It can be an emotional part of the process, so hang tight!

Once you have an accepted offer, there will be so much happening! Our team will be arranging inspections, you’ll be working with your lender to tie up your paperwork, and the title company will be helping to coordinate a few things between you and the seller. There’s a lot to be done at this stage, but we’ll be there to answer questions and help things go smoothly.
